What it does

You describe the world and lead character, then stack shots with size, camera move (dolly, crane, orbit, whip pan, dolly zoom, and more), film look, duration, and sound. The studio:

  1. Casts a lead portrait — FLUX.2 Klein in Fast, HiDream-O1 in Standard (or upload a real actor photo)
  2. Plans an empty world plate plus monochrome storyboard drawings per shot
  3. Shoots coverage — Klein (Fast) or Qwen-Image-Edit-2511 (Standard) finishes each drawing; lead + world refs feed wide shots
  4. Rolls camera — LTX 2.5 animates each keyframe at 1280×704 (Standard) or 640×352 (Fast) for 16:9, with synchronized audio in the same pass
  5. Masters — SeedVR2 3B restores/upscales the cut to 1920×1056 in one diffusion step, audio kept
