Introduction

Same-day on ComfyUI master (2026-11-04): two partner-node PRs from bigcat88 land Pika inside the official comfy_api_nodes tree. PR #17509 (merged ~08:38 UTC) adds Pika H3 Flex video nodes; PR #17328 (merged ~13:00 UTC) adds Pika Soundtrack, Pika SFX, and Pika Music. The live source of truth is comfy_api_nodes/nodes_pika.py on master.

This is not the October 29 open-weights Flex drop. That piece was about downloadable six-step Flex weights and local references. Today’s news is the hosted partner-node lane — API-backed nodes that call Pika through Comfy Org billing, with five concrete display names ready for your graph.

The five nodes

How to enable them

Brief path for a current ComfyUI install:

  1. Update ComfyUI to master (or any build that includes the Nov 4 merges of #17509 and #17328)
  2. Enable / sign into Comfy Org partner / API nodes the way your desktop already does for other partner nodes (Comfy account auth token / API key)
  3. Search the node menu for Pika under partner/video/Pika and partner/audio/Pika
  4. Wire Flex Video or Reference to Video for picture+audio clips; use Soundtrack / SFX / Music for audio-only or re-score passes

Partner nodes are cloud calls — they need network access and Comfy Org billing, not a local Flex checkpoint. If you want offline open weights, keep using the separate Flex weights release; do not expect these five nodes to run offline.

Why it matters

Pika’s H3 Flex lane and its audio stack used to live mainly on Pika’s own surfaces. Shipping them as official Comfy partner nodes means one graph can draft Flex clips, multi-reference edits, then soundtrack or music-cover the same timeline without leaving ComfyUI. For teams already on partner MiniMax / Kling / Luma nodes, Pika just became another first-class row in that menu.

Caveats

  • API / billed nodes — costs follow the in-node price badges and Comfy Org / Metronome rate cards; rates can change
  • 1080p / 2k / 4k Flex paths upscale from 768p per the node tooltips
  • Reference video and audio caps are strict (15s total each lane)
  • Distinct from the open-weights Flex article (pika-h3-flex-open-weights-six-step-video-audio-12-references)
  • ArtRealmAI Gen does not host these partner nodes — run them in ComfyUI

Conclusion

Update ComfyUI master, turn on partner nodes, and you get five Pika tools in one afternoon: Flex Video, Flex Reference to Video, Soundtrack, SFX, and Music. Use Flex for the picture+synced-audio draft, then Soundtrack or Music when the score needs a second pass — all without leaving the graph.
