ComfyUI v0.44.0 landed on November 4, 2026 (UTC), and the audio unlock for makers is the new Sonilo Music 1.5 partner node. The v0.44.0 release lists [Partner Nodes] feat(Sonilo): add Sonilo Music 1.5 node via PR #17475 (merged November 3). Music 1.5 already existed as a Sonilo web beta; this cycle’s zero-day for local graphs is the Comfy partner unlock.

This is closed API music gen behind Comfy partner auth — not open weights. You run it today by updating to v0.44.0+ and signing into partner nodes.

What the Node Unlocks

  • Duration: omit for auto length, or set 10–360 seconds on the Comfy proxy path
  • Also in the Sonilo family: older partner nodes for Text to Music and Video to Music remain; Music 1.5 is the lyrics/vocals song mode

Comfy’s OpenAPI notes the submit route as POST /proxy/sonilo/v1/text-to-music-l (poll GET /proxy/sonilo/v1/tasks/{task_id}). Sonilo’s own Music 1.5 tool page still marks the product beta and says it currently works best with English songs. Web pricing there is credit-based (5 credits/sec with a 200-credit minimum on the site tool); Comfy shows duration-based partner pricing on the node.

How to Run It Today

  1. Update ComfyUI to v0.44.0 (or newer) — portable builds are on the release page.
  2. Sign in so partner nodes / partner token auth work (see Comfy’s partner-nodes overview).
  3. Add Sonilo Music 1.5, write a style prompt, optionally paste a Lyrics: block, set duration or leave auto, and queue.
