Gen billing

This is how ArtRealmAI charges for image and video generation. The model prices shown on the Gen page are what you pay.

Successful images

  • You must be signed in to generate.
  • Each successful image uses 1 gen of the model you selected, at that model’s Gen-page price.
  • Flux.2 Klein 9B includes 4 free credits each UTC day. 1K uses 1 credit and 2K uses 2, so that is 4 free at 1K or 2 free at 2K. Unused credits do not roll over. After the daily quota, Klein uses the listed wallet price.
  • Other models have no free quota. They use the listed wallet price on every successful image.
  • Wallet funds are held in USD, added through Stripe Checkout, and stay available until you spend them. They do not expire.

Successful videos

  • Video has no free quota. Each completed clip uses the Gen-page price for the model, length, and resolution you picked.
  • You are only charged when the run is billed and the clip is saved to your gallery. If the run fails, is rejected, or was not billed, it is free.

Blocked prompts

  • Safety checks are automated. No one at ArtRealmAI personally reviews your prompt.
  • Some blocked runs cost us money because the image is generated and then filtered. Some prompt rejections do not. We do not bill you for every blocked run.
  • If the image is generated and then filtered, that uses 1 gen of that model (free Klein credits if that run was free — 1K = 1 credit, 2K = 2 — otherwise the listed wallet price).
  • If the prompt is rejected before a billed run starts, that one is free.
  • Video safety blocks are free unless that request was actually billed. We check billing for the request before taking a video gen.

What we do not charge for

  • Prompt rejections that happen before a billed run starts.
  • App errors, timeouts, and connection failures where no image run completed.
  • Server failures where the run did not finish.

Refunds

  • Used gens are not refunded. That includes successful images and filtered images that used 1 gen. Image generation is a digital service consumed when the run finishes.
  • Wallet top-ups are generally final. Unused USD does not expire, but we do not cash it out on request as a routine refund.
  • We will refund or credit the wallet if we charged you in error: a duplicate Stripe charge, or a charge for a run this page says is free (rejected prompt, app error, timeout, or a failure where no image run completed).
  • To ask about a billing error, use Contact and include the date, model, and approximate time of the charge.
