These terms cover artrealmai.com, including news, Gen, Outpost, Logo Layer, Prompt Crafter, and your account. By creating an account or using Gen you agree to them. Questions: Contact.

The service

  • ArtRealmAI is a studio and news site. Features can change. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime.
  • You need an account to generate, save prompts, export Logo Layer, or pin to Outpost.
  • Model quality, speed, and safety filters are controlled by the model you pick, not by a person reviewing each prompt.

Acceptable use

  • Follow the law where you are.
  • Do not generate, upload, or pin sexual content of minors, or any other illegal material. We will remove it and may delete the files and the account.
  • Do not attack the site, scrape private galleries, or try to bypass billing or safety checks.
  • Do not impersonate someone else with a Realm or bio in a way meant to deceive.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and you must not pin or generate sexual content involving minors.

Your content

  • You keep the rights you have in prompts and in outputs the models return, subject to the model provider’s own terms for that model.
  • You grant us a license to store them, show them to you, and — if you pin a gen — to show that pin on Outpost and your public profile.
  • We may unpin or delete content that breaks these terms. Admins can take a pin down from Outpost, including deleting the stored file.

Wallet

  • Prices are the ones shown on Gen when you run. Free Klein credits and video rules are on Gen billing.
  • Wallet top-ups are in USD through Stripe. Used gens are not refunded. Error charges are handled as that billing page describes.

Accounts

  • Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for gens and pins made on your account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we cannot safely keep online.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for lost gens, model refusals, or how you use outputs. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places they apply only as far as the law allows.
