ArtRealmAI (“we”) runs artrealmai.com. This page describes the data we collect to operate news, Gen, Outpost, Logo Layer, Prompt Crafter, and related tools. Questions: Contact.

Account

  • When you register we store your email and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google we store the Google account id we need to recognize you again.
  • You may add a display name, Realm (public handle), bio, and avatar. Realm, bio, and avatar appear on your public profile if you set a Realm.
  • Sign-in uses a token in your browser (local storage). We do not put session cookies on the page for that.

Generations and Outpost

  • Each Gen run stores the prompt, model, settings, file, and cost on our servers so it can show in your gallery.
  • Gens are private until you pin them. A pin appears on Outpost and on /u/your_realm. You choose whether the prompt is public.
  • We may remove a pin or delete a generation to enforce the Terms (including illegal content).
  • Anyone can send an Outpost report (pin id, reason, optional note). Reports are visible only to us.

Wallet and payments

  • We store your Gen wallet balance in USD cents and a log of wallet top-ups.
  • Card payments go through Stripe Checkout. We do not store card numbers on ArtRealmAI.
  • Billing rules are on Gen billing.

Logo Layer and Prompt Crafter

  • Logo Layer processes folders in your browser. We do not upload those batch files to our storage. Signed-in users may save overlay logos to their account. We store Logo Layer quota and charges against the Gen wallet.
  • Prompt Crafter can save prompts to your account. Those prompts are private to you unless you paste them into a public pin.

Contact and site use

  • Contact form submissions (name, email, topic, message) are stored so we can reply. We may also email a copy to our inbox.
  • Servers and our CDN receive standard request logs (IP, browser, pages). We use them to run and secure the site, not to sell ads from your account.

Your choices

  • Edit name, Realm, bio, and avatar in Account.
  • Unpin or delete your own gens in Gen. Deleting a gen removes it from your gallery and, if it was pinned, from Outpost.
  • To close an account or ask for a copy/deletion of personal data we hold, use Contact from that account email. Wallet records needed for accounting may be kept as required by law.
